Title XVI of the Social Security Act is the Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind or Disabled. It provides cash assistance to the aged, blind, or disabled and who have limited income and resources §42 U.S.C.A. §1381 et. seq. and 20 C.F.R. §416.101 et. seq.
